Small Adventure is located in Los Angeles, CA.
We asked Keiko some questions…
* How many folks are involved in the whole design process?
It’s just me for now!
* What are the different roles? (If more than 1 person involved)
I come up with ideas, design and paint the artwork for the cards and then get them printed by a local print shop. Wholesale orders come in and I fulfill them, sometimes with the help of my mom, sister or friends when things get too busy for me on my own. 🙂
*Where are your headquarters?
My studio is located in Los Angeles, CA.
* What’s your favorite card that you’ve designed (on Postable)?
I think my Spending Time on the Lake Card is one of my favorites so far. It’s good to give to any person on any day to let them know you appreciate their companionship. And painting the little mountain scene was super fun.
* Where do you draw your inspiration for your design?
Inspiration can come from anywhere, but what makes me most excited to draw and paint usually comes from my natural surroundings and from traveling.
* If you had to describe your cards in one word, what would it be?
Meatless.
*What would you choose as your last meal?
A greasy bean and cheese burrito with a side of French toast.
