Do you really address and mail the cards?
Yes we do! We're the only stationery company that actually addresses, stamps and mails all of the cards for you. The amount of time and hassle it will save you is immeasurable. It's truly game changing. We highly recommend.
Is mailing them by hand really that bad?
Yes. It's horrible. So horrible that we created an entire company to help people avoid it. Writing, stuffing, addressing, licking and stamping a large amount of cards becomes a full time job that can takes weeks or even months. Save yourselves!
Does the handwriting look real?
Yes. Our patented "Smart" handwriting fonts look so real that even Martha Stewart Weddings was fooled and recommends doing your thank you cards with Postable to avoid carpel tunnel syndrome.
What if we want to write our cards by hand?
Also not a problem. We will respect your decision and send you a box of cards and envelopes just like any other online stationery company (only our cards will be infinitely cuter).

Why is your address book so popular?
Funny you should ask. When we launched the Postable address book we had no idea it would take off the way it has. It just fills a very specific niche of making it easy to collect friends' mailing addresses. And then beyond sending the first batch of cards, it becomes an indispensable tool for keeping up with important occasions in your friends' lives. There are many copycats but none of them quite capture the magic of ours. And it's free ;-)

How do I design, address, and send cards with your platform?
After selecting a card you’ll enter our design portal and customize photos, messages, and fonts until you finalize the perfect design. Our address book houses all of your contacts in one secure place.
Can you help me gather and manage addresses for my mailing list?
Yes! We will provide you with an address collection form unique to your profile. You can send this link via text or email to your loved ones. Then their information will be stored in our secure address book.
Can I fully customize my card design, message, and font styles?
You can customize your card with a unique message written in a typed font or handwritten-style font! Not every single element of the card is customizable but we are confident that you’ll still love the final product!
How long will it take for my cards to reach recipients? Is delivery guaranteed?
Once an order has been placed, it takes about a week to reach the recipient. We mail cards the day after you place your order and then it takes anywhere from 2-6 days for the USPS to deliver the card to its final destination. Unfortunately we can’t guarantee delivery because once we mail the cards it’s up to USPS to deliver them to recipients.
Can I track the cards you mailed for me?
Yes! After you order, click the “Track Cards” button on your projects page or in your order history and you can see where each card is and its estimated delivery date. Please note that the USPS does not scan the card when it is delivered to the final address; the final scan is at the last post office. Therefore we assume that the card will be delivered the day that the final scan takes place (and 99.9% of the time it is).
What kind of paper and printing quality do you offer?
Our paper is always 100% recycled and very high quality.
Can I send cards to hundreds of recipients, and do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes, you can send cards to hundreds of recipients and we offer tiered discounts that increase as you add more cards.
What happens if i need help with my order or encounter an issue?
If you run into an issue you can always contact us via the contact form on our site and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
