• Can I customize an existing card?

  You sure can! If you're looking to customize an existing template, simply navigate to any of the card category pages from this list of cards and filter the page by customizable cards. Depending on the template, you'll be able to upload your photo to a customizable photo template card and change some of the text on the front design.

  You can also always customize the inside of all the folded cards on this site -- the inside message is your opportunity to personalize however you'd like using any one of our smart handwritten fonts.

• How can I create a card from a photo?

  Good news, you've made it to the right place if you're trying to make your own photo card. Click the 'Get Started' button on this page to select the type of card you want to create (folded, flat, or postcard) along with the orientation and then all you have to do is upload your image file.

  And voila! You'll be all set.

  Once you've turned your photo into a card you'll be able to choose whether you want to mail it directly to a recipient or in a box to you.

• How long will it take for cards to arrive?

  With new state of the art printing partners, we're able to print and mail custom cards within 1 to 2 business days. With that said, we use the USPS to mail all individual envelopes (and most boxes of cards under a count of 20) which typically (during non-holiday seasons) takes 3 to 7 days to deliver domestic mail.

• Is there a minimum number of cards I can order?

  Nope.

  Feel free to make your own card and send just the one. The beauty of making something so personalized and unique is the ability to make as many versions as you'd like. You can easily upload your own image to create a card to send to just one person and then upload another image to make a completely different card to send to someone else. You choose your own adventure... We're just here to help you make your own card as easy as humanly possible.

• What occasions are these cards for?

  When you make your own cards, you get to choose what occasion the card is for. And while we're big fans of sending beautiful snail mail throughout the whole year, here are a few specific occasions you may choose to make a custom card for:

• How Do I Make A Custom Card?

  Making your own card is as simple as uploading your own image file. Select the type of card you'd like to make -- folded, flat, or postcard -- along with the orientation and then upload your own image. That's it. You'll be done making your own photo card before you can say 'snail mail'.

  


  As you're getting ready to upload your own image to create your own card, here are a few tips to making sure the quality of the print is spectacular:

  • Make sure any text you've designed on your own card is at least 8 pixels or larger.
  • Before uploading your image file, make sure the resolution is 300dpi and is no greater than 30mb. Even if the image looks crystal clear on your screen, double check that the resolution is high enough for printing.
  • Make sure your image file is either a PNG or JPG.
